For Parent Portal Users

1. Sign in to the Parent Portal using your registered phone number
2. Return to this page after signing in
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to disable your portal access

For Family Portal Users

1. Sign in to the Family Portal using your email and password
2. Navigate to account settings
3. Follow the instructions to manage your account

What happens when you disable portal access?

• Portal access removed: You will no longer be able to access student information
• Signed out: You will be logged out immediately
• App access blocked: You won't be able to log in to the parent portal app
• Student data preserved: Your child's school records remain intact
