How long is the walkthrough?
About 10-15 minutes. We show you fees, parent MoMo pay, report cards, and role walls. You can ask questions.
Do you offer onsite setup?
Yes, for Growth and Scale tiers in Greater Accra. We'll come to your school, help you import students, and train your office staff.
Can we switch from another system?
Yes. If you have student data in Excel or CSV, we'll help you import it. Migration assistance is included in Scale tier.
What if we need help after setup?
Email and WhatsApp support are included in all tiers. Growth and Scale get priority response times. TavlaHub Care (optional) offers proactive monitoring.
