Payment gateway fees
Your school's payment gateway charges standard MoMo transaction fees. We'll discuss your options during onboarding.
You keep your payment keys. We never touch your money.
WhatsApp Business API (if you want automated reminders)
Optional. If you want automated fee reminders sent via WhatsApp, you'll need a WhatsApp Business API account.
Manual copy-paste works fine. Most schools do that.

Bank transfer or MoMo. Invoice sent after consultation when you're ready to proceed.

30-day money-back guarantee. If TavlaHub doesn't work for your school, full refund. No questions.
Pricing questions
What counts as a student?
Active students only. Transferred, graduated, and inactive students don't count toward your tier cap.
Can I switch tiers mid-year?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — you pay the prorated difference. Downgrade at next renewal only.
Do I need a payment gateway account?
Yes, if you want parents to pay via MoMo in the app. We'll help you set one up during onboarding.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get a full CSV export of all students, guardians, fees, payments, grades, and report cards. Your data is yours.
